Terms and Conditions for using the website and coaching services

1. Introduction

This document sets out the terms and conditions under which you may use the website www.larisavranceanu.com and the contractual relationship between Vranceanu Larisa-Maria P.F.A, with registered office at 4 Griviței str., 545400 Sighișoara, Romania, CUI: 50587069, email: hello@larisavranceanu.com (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the person accessing the website or contracting the services (hereinafter referred to as "Client").

By using this website and/or booking services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Services offered
The Provider offers coaching services [life coaching, career coaching, etc.], conducted online or face-to-face, as described on the website. The duration, price and terms and conditions of each session or package of sessions are posted on the website and may be updated from time to time.

3. Booking and payment
Booking a session is made through the contact form or the booking platform, and the confirmation of the place is subject to advance payment, according to the instructions provided.

4. Cancellation and refund policy

4.1. Individual sessions

  • The client may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, the session is considered to be completed and no refund will be made.

4.2. Service packages

  • In case of purchase of a package of coaching services, the client understands and accepts that the amount paid is non-refundable, regardless of whether the client decides to discontinue the collaboration before using all sessions included in the package.

  • According to GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights, the customer has the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 calendar days from the date of its conclusion, unless the provision of the service started before the expiration of the withdrawal period, with the express consent of the customer.

  • By accepting these Terms and Conditions and by starting to use the services included in the package, the customer expressly declares that:

    • requests and agrees that the provision of the service will start immediately after the order confirmation;

    • has been informed that he loses his legal right to withdraw once the service starts;

    • expressly waives any partial or full refund for unused sessions in the package.

4.3. Cancellation at the initiative of the provider
The Provider reserves the right to reschedule sessions, with prior notice and the offer of an alternative date.

5. Customer rights and obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Attend meetings at the scheduled time.

  • Use the services exclusively for personal and non-commercial use.

6. Provider's rights and obligations

  • Provide services as described and scheduled.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of information communicated by the client, except when required differently by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
The coaching services offered by the Provider are not and are not a substitute for psychological therapy, medical, legal or financial counseling. Results may vary depending on the client's involvement, and the Provider does not guarantee the achievement of any particular result.

8. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, in the competent Romanian courts.
